Creator FAQ

What does ubuindie.com give me?

As a creator, ubuindie.com gives you the ability to design a page where people can download any projects you’ve uploaded. You can optionally put a minimum price on your page (which can be 0).

All files and images are hosted on ubuindie.com so you don’t need to worry about building a website or storing your project files anywhere. Usage information is collected and displayed to you, such as how many times your pages are being viewed, downloaded, and purchased.

ubuindie.com handles all the technicalities behind hosting and selling your content.

How much does ubuindie.com cost?

ubuindie.com costs a minimum subscription fee of $2.99 per month. You are free to create pages and upload your content without ever having to pay anything. Advertisements will never be placed on any of your pages.

You get x gigabytes of upload space for your projects.

How are payments handled? What about VAT & VAT MOSS?

ubuindie.com never collects any sensitive payment information from buyers. Instead, it relies on the payment processors to handle transactions securely.

ubuindie.com supports two payout models depending on your needs: Direct to you, where each purchase is a transaction to your Paypal or Stripe account, and Collected by ubuindie.com, paid later. You can pick which mode you want to use from the seller settings page on your account.

EU VAT (European Value-Added Tax) compliance is automatic when using Collected by ubuindie.com, paid later. Direct payments involve a bit more work on your part, but ubuindie.com gives you all the tools you need to do it.

Is adult content allowed?

We don’t allow hosting content that includes images or videos of real-life humans. However content that is fictional, illustrated, or rendered is completely fine, assuming it’s legal in America. AI-generated imagery that is designed to resemble photographic content of real people is not allowed. Depictions of minors, minor-presenting, ADBL play or suggested minors in a sexual context are not allowed and will result in account suspension.

Our policy is not an invitation to push the boundaries of what is acceptable. Violations that result in administrative action are permanent with no chance of appeal. Any funds on the account will not be eligible for payout. There is no second chance.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited themes by law. We are unable to support the sale of any works containing these topics:

  • Underage or “barely legal” themes such as loli and shota.

The following are forms of content we accept as long as it is purely fictional without any visually real individual person or likeness of a real individual person:

  • Non-consensual content (real or implied)
  • Extreme BDSM and Bondage
  • Small breasted women as long as they are presented meticulously as adults (see below)
  • Incest or pseudo-incest content
  • Bestiality or animal-related
  • Furry
  • Rape, coercion, or force-related
  • Sex trafficking implications
  • Revenge porn / voyeur / hidden cam
  • Fetish involving bodily waste or extreme harm (e.g., “scat,” “vomit”)
  • Horror, blood, guts, emotional damage

Small Breasted Women:

1. if she is human (round human ears, regardless of limb, finger, toe, and head count) then they must be comparable height to the other adult humans in your media. For example normal adult female height would be in the ranges of approximately 4’10 – 6’2 feet, there are many women in the world taller and shorter but these go into deformities or genetic diseases and it’s just easier and safer if you stray away from delving into that. Don’t make it complicated.

2. If she is not human (a furry, elf, goblin, etc) then like humans she must conform to the height norms of her species.

3. What constitutes no longer a human, wings, tail, non-human ears (pointy ears, animal ears, avoiding four-ears{human ears + others}, feather ears), fur, scales, non human skin tones or markings(beyond tattoos), non-human limbs (like digi-legs), non-human genitals; Basically if a real world human has been born with it, it’s likely considered a human trait. The more of these you have combined the better if the height of the species is outside the scope of a human’s.

4. It’s best if she is at least an A Cup, to demonstrate some level of Mamery development.

5. It’s best if she speak and act like a mature adult, even more than most characters.

6. If she is non-human make sure there is plenty of times that her creature features are really, easily, visible. Bonus if they visibly move or twitch.

7. Even if you follow all of these it does not mean that your SBW is fool proof, regardless of the real women that exist in the world like this, it is a stressful type of NSFW fictional character to develop unless it’s directly based and tied to a specific real world woman (with her consent and participation of course) with perfect photo, video, measuring and recording keeping of. But even then, who knows.
